Following the recent invasion of Ukraine by Russia many of our contacts in the humanitarian field have immediately organized facilities to welcome the persons fleeing Ukraine and the War. The Global Fund for Forgotten People and Malteser International which are part of the Order of Malta were already running support projects in Ukraine and in Poland before this war broke out and have now started mobilizing more resources to help provide shelter, support and medical care to the people of Ukraine in their big cities as well as those Ukrainians who have sought refuge in Poland and other bordering countries. 

At The Caritas Pro Vitae Gradu Charitable Trust we have decided to immediately support these organizations in their mission of providing emergency aid enabling them to attend to the most urgent needs of the Ukrainian people.
